Lots 58 and 59, Fundadores. Two adjoining homesites sold together as one 5,029 m² (54,134 ft², 1.24 acre) property for a single residence, 200 yards from the beach. They are the last homesites the developer holds this close to the water in Fundadores.
Lot 58 is the upper site: building pad at +28 m, a 1,315 m² envelope and a height limit of +33 m. From the pad, the view runs southeast to open water.
Lot 59 sits between Lot 58 and the sea, 5 m lower at +23 m, with a 1,410 m² envelope. Its height limit is +28 m, the exact level of Lot 58's pad, so nothing on the estate can rise into the view.
Fundadores is the gated founding neighborhood of Puerto Los Cabos, with the private Fundadores Beach Club, 27 holes by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman, and the marina.
